Attachment.
I wouldn't consider myself a weeb...
But watching anime is definitely one of my favorite hobbies.
The first anime I ever watched was actually 'One Punch Man'.
I was probably like 16 years old when one of my uncles first introduced me to it.
And since then, I've just been watching all types of anime.
In fact, I just finished an anime earlier today.
Naruto.
And man, I was at a loss for words because I invested so many hours and days into watching this anime.
And now, I finally finished it...
I have many favorites.
But none will ever surpass Naruto.
But as I was heading to work, I began to wonder why it was that Naruto had become my favorite anime...
After all, I've seen Attack on Titan (peak anime btw). I've seen Hunter X Hunter (also a very good anime). I've seen all the new sh*t too.
Like JJK, Demon Slayer, and other ones I can't really think of right now.
And btw, my apologies to those who have no clue about what I'm talking about.
I'm speaking to my fellow anime-watchers right now... 🙂↕️🙂↕️
But out of all these great animes that I've seen, why is it that Naruto takes first place in my book?
Well...
I've come to realize that the reason why I place Naruto in first place, is because...
I've invested more time and attention into watching it, compared to all the other animes I've seen.
So boom.
Realization.
This exact same concept also applies to people!
Relationships. Friendships. Or any type of connection with another human being.
Let's take a romantic relationship for an example.
Say you're a single guy who's talking to some girl right now.
And let's say that you usually have trouble knowing whether this new relationship will last long or not.
You tend to just go with your gut about these things ya know.
Well let me ask you this.
How much time is she investing in you?
What do you mean?
Okay let me give you some examples:
Is she usually the first one to initiate conversations with you?
Is she usually the first one to text or call you?
Is she usually the first one to suggest that you guys should meet up to see each other or something?
Asking yourself these questions will help you determine whether a woman is actually interested in you or not.
And not only that, it should also determine her level of attachment to you as well.
Because like I said, going back to my favorite anime example, the reason I love Naruto so much is because I put so much time and attention into watching it.
More than any other anime I’ve seen.
Regardless of how good the others were…
So with women, the more they put time, attention, and effort into a relationship, the more attached she'll be to you.
Meaning, YOU’LL be her number one anime.
But just because you know this now, don't be dumb and try to force someone to invest time into you lmao.
That's L rizz or whatever the kids call it.
It's LAME.
Don't be lame.
Just use this as a reminder.
For whenever you feel unsure about a woman's loyalty or about how long this thing between yall might last ya know.
That way you are able to make provisions so that you don't over invest in her and waste any precious time or resources.
And also most importantly, that way you don't have to go through another “heartbreak” again.
So yea.
Just a cool little connection I made between anime and relationships that I wanted to share with yall real quick.
